The Firefighters lesson plain outcome
The firefighter’s lesson plan came to be a successful one. The students showed lots of interest when I introduce my guest Brandon Webber a local firefighter. Brandon showed the students how to duck, dive, pushups, crawl, bear crawl and military crawls. The students had lots of fun and wish that Brandon where to come back again. The students had to crawl under volleyball net as if it were burning house. Brandon also shows the kids how to get out of situations. For example if they are in a trapped house and there is a fire to call 911 and try to get out of the house or call for help. I enjoyed the teaching of Brandon due to the fact that he showed the kids things that are important for their daily life. Also he showed them what needs to be done in a certain situation.

The Bunny Hop and Duck Dance Lesson
I have taught my "Bunny Hop" and "Duck Dance" lesson to my group of students last week. It didn't go as planned, once again. Unfortunately, I had to change the time of day I taught the lesson. before I taught after school, but this time it was before school. Half my students did not show, because the parents were running late. The teacher who was supposed to observe me was ill and asked if another teacher could observe me. The other teacher happened to be my mother. They figured she would be tougher on me than anyone else. I was correct in that theory. Read more »

Experienced a feeling like never before when getting to teach young kids!
This is such a 1st grade PE class. I was just watching some of these videos online and was thinking about how great of an experience this class was! It has really motivated me to continue in my career plan of teaching PE! I can't wait! Thank you professor Sather. I've really enjoyed it!
