I had to laugh when I saw the stick up. It looked petty silly. The rest of the work outs may be old school but they still work. If we all did these 10 work outs everyday then we would be just fine!!!
These exercises actually look pretty enjoyable. Most of them seem doable. The "T Push up" looks the most challenging. The stick up is quiet humorous, but it seems like it would be very effective.
