Great goals! I really like your mission statement. I see relationships are really important to you...good for you! Are you coaching basketball?
yes, currently I am the girls head basketball at Echo HS. Right now we are in the middle of a playoff hunt...........if only we could rebound and keep our TO's down.
Jeremy Echo HS girls sounds like a fun job. I know coach Heriza of the boys team there, I like that your successful and in the playoff hunt that’s really cool. I really like your mission statement and goals. The only thing I can say to help is that people told me on mine, that I should set a date on my long term goals. This way you can see have a time line on when to accomplish that goal. I didn’t do it either but I guess it does make since. Good luck with the rest of your season.
That's a good idea about the long term goals. Heriza has done a good job with his boys, and it's nice to have two teams that are competing. I've enjoyed coaching since my first day, became addicted real quick. I really love the game, and I have a good group of kids so that makes it a lot more fun.
