Offensive Philosophy
This is what I would hope my offense to look like when I become a coach. It is an offense designed for speed not neccessarily size.

Good video. I run a combination of the shotgun wing-t and the conventional wing-t. It is very easy to combine because the blocking doesn't change. And you also don't need huge lineman to be successful, they just need to be able to get down field and block.
I love this offense. This has become a huge trend in Illinois High School Football. Almost all of the State Championship teams run a variation of this offense. It even prompted me to sit down and formulate a playbook out of this formation. The only change I made was, I designed the set as a pistol formation with a wing. It looks similar to the University of Nevada offense. Great Video!
