5:45 Shot putters will start with over the head throws and between the legs
5:50 Shot putters will then move on to standing throws
5:55 Javelin throws will now start to pick up and down the field to continue warming their arms
6:00-6:10 Shot putters will continue standing throws
6:10-6:45 Shot putters will now work on full throws
6:10 Javelin throws will start work on standing throws
6:20 I will now move over to work with javelin throwers while still between throws watching the shot
6:30 Javelin will now move back to a three step approach
6:50 Javelin will work on a few full approaches
This schedule really depends on the thrower’s level. If a shot putter is still working on just the standing throw range, then they will do a few more of them, then that will be it. If a javelin thrower is only at the standing throw range, then they will work on that more than everyone else and that will be it. This is more so of an individual sport, so not everyone will be done at the same time. Also, water is allowed whenever they need it; between throws or whenever. Also, there is a workout at the end, but it is individually done so they do not have to wait around for each other. When they are done throwing, they are free to do their workout and then be done with practice.
