Hi Michael. I agree with the use of creatine. I am an ACE personal trainer for 20+ years and have been using it for a long time. My clients and I have never had any problems with it and have had some great gains in muscle mass as well a recovery time between workouts. I would suggest that they have a doctor check them out first and give the ok to use. But in my experience the product works.
Your insight after 20+ years is appretiated.
