INVENTORY PROJECT

The HS volleyball inventory project I completed is typically performed by the Athletic Director (AD) at the school where I coach.  When I contacted the AD to get a baseline inventory, he did not have an electronic copy of the document available to me, so I started the project from scratch.  This was truly a helpful project for me, as I believe it will help me to be more prepared prior to my season starting this coming Fall.  I will be able to make timely orders, track when the orders were made and to whom, and have supplies present when the season begins.  Better organization will allow me to be focused on other priorities during the pre-season.  In addition, it will be nice to have a net system (i.e.: working antennae holders) in place that does require constant fixing or adjustments.  I will now routinely perform an annual inventory for my HS volleyball program.  I'm looking forward to being more organized when this coaching season begins.

Great job on this! That's nice it was so helpful for you. I especially like that you made columns specifying how many of each piece of equipment are Excellent, good, fair, or poor. It's not as beneficial to rate them all in as "poor" because some pieces of the equipment may still be better than others. (I've seen this rating in others' projects). Great job!
