patty..i am sorry you had difficulty with this site...i overcame the problem (before there was one)and did the entry's on two different days...no prob...i got a kick out of your frustration only because that is me...i worked on the "pyramid" for two hours the first day...not because of the website...but my limited knowledge of technology...but ..i keep learning...also i found you can type in the foods and quantity, you still enter them in the "pramid tracker" so you can analyze the nutrients and then copy and paste in the nutrient box...that i could do ..it is when i tried to copy and paste the food list..it just did not work out and i tried like i said...two hours! well by the time i got to the discussion part i was so involved with my foods and their nutrients that the discussion almost wrote itself..I can easily navigate this site now...persevere...professor sather's tutorial on the nutrition log is very good.
