Spotting Techniques
I have created a series of short videos with the help of my daughter showing proper spotting techniques for the bridge, back-walkover, and handstand-to-forward roll. They are posted on pevideo.org at the following links:

I want to challenge you to expand on this post. What are your sources? (I assuming its our textbook, but even still let us know.) You could even type out the instructions you were giving on the video; that way others can use your helpful tips and instructions. These are great videos!
Grace,
I'm glad you enjoyed the videos. My main source was Professor Sather's posting under the gymnastics portion of the 'Teaching Games Content' on unicommons.com
(http://www.unicommons.com/subjects/physical-a...). Each gymnastics skill has a 'spotter' section that I referred to step-by-step.
Great job on this!!! Your daughter is adorable! I like your instructions, demonstrations, and title pages!
