Correct Running Form
I have never been a great runner, and have always gotten told I am a terrible runner. Since I have been running a lot for this class, and just to get into better shape lately, I thought this video was good help into little helpfull hints on how to be a good runner. So I thought I would share it with everyone in case you needed to know the correct form of running.

Thanks for sharing this. I think a move my arms side to side to much while running. Tomorrow I am going to pay more attention to how I run!

Yeah I know I run all sorts of weird, but this helped, and glad you were able to get some use out of it!
That was very interesting video I knew that my running was off and now I can see why! Did you guys notice how he held his hands in a fist? I am glad I observed that because some times I would have my hands open and I am sure that is not right.
I coach middle school track and I continually have to break kids from their bad form. Especially with sprinters, you actually run with your arms the, faster you can pump them the faster your legs move. Just look at all the World Class Olympians.
