Kids Circuit Training
This video shows a great example of circuit training for kids (elementary age and older).

The teacher shows great examples of different stations that can be used and how to use different items (Step bench, resistance bands, medicine balls...etc.). I think kids could really enjoy this style of work out.

I thought this was a great example of differentiated instruction, for younger kids. Nice exmples.
This was really interesting. I would like it :) Changing things up always makes things more fun and makes kids want to try it out. Good job.
This was really neat to watch. Not only are you able to keep kids interested by not doing the same thing all the time, they get to keep moving and work on all types of skills. Very interesting!
