I like how you have implemented activities within activities. How long is each class session? Does this activity also have a warm-up drill to get the students prepared? I like how you are challenging the students in this activity.
The warm up is basic drills like skipping, hopping, leaping from leg to leg, and running from line to line. The sessions that we have with the students were for only 30 minutes. I wanted to challenge the students by have them listing to the music and to move. The root of this whole lesson plan is to have the students moving the whole time so that they can have a taste of what condition really is. They activity also has a good use of listing skills so that the students can determine whether they are listing to the music or not.
Wow, this sounds like the kids would be exhausted. But seems like it would be fun, music is always fun to workout to. Good job!!!!!! Hope your term went well.
