That was an awesome video for many reasons...He might have something there ...when i was a kid i always ran barefoot...your feet toughen up after awhile and it makes alot of sense since shoes are confining to the feet. i grew up before all the sneakers..we had keds and converse..that is it..i could always run faster barefoot..What he said about quiclky raising the feet is true ..have you heard the saying.."light on your feet" has to do with movement!
