Standing rather then sitting
I remember wathing a talk show that had a discusion about little tiny things that could make a big difference in your health. Things that would be easy to change or at least do more of. One was standing like with an office job or teaching. just standing rather then sitting can help burn more calories. i thouhg of a couple other things that also can be done. having one or maybe two phones in the house so if it rings you have to get up to answer it, waking to the mail box from the house and not driving up with the car, eat at a dinner table rather then infront of tv makes you move food and silverware in to another room, finally eatting a few hours before bed so you can burn some of those calories before sleeping.
