In high school for my volleyball workouts our coach had us use the bigger faster stronger program and it really did some great things for my physical shape! Also, I know that our football coach, used it for the football team in high school and all the guys really liked the program. So I agree, this is a great website to look up workouts for!
I'v been looking for something like this for a while. Thanks Nik, great contribution. I'd never heard of this one before.
Oh yeah I didn't relize how many different work outs they had. Even though we did alot of their work outs at our high school

These are great workouts. Many big college programs pay 50,000 plus dollars each year for BFS programs to come in with their equipment and make their players better. So you know it works. The only problem is that all there programs cost money to try out or even see them. The other is that if your looking to do speed or plyo's the common person or gym does not usually carry all the equipment needed, and the equipment is not cheap. Unless you are next to a college or major athletic facility these workouts can be hard to accomplish. A family friend does camps for BFS and I have tried the workouts, believe me they work. Just can be inconvenient. Great post though. If you are really serious about these workouts you should buy a dvd or video you will see improvements.
