Breathing while Running
I have always had a hard time running, and breathing. I have asthma, but I wanted to look up some helpful tips for controlled healthy breathing while running. So I looked this video up and found it actually helpful. Here is the link so you can check it out.

That video is very helpful because breathing is something that is often overlooked. Some people feel like they are very out of shape and give up on exercise sooner than they should because they are not breathing correctly to allow their body to continue. Basic running form is another simple thing that is often overlooked
I had never really had anyone tell me to try to make a controlled breathing scenario. I had never thought of crunching over would restrict breathing too but now as i think of it, it does. I think i will try to find other video's to help me more since ive seen this one.
