Sell Out Crowd
When I was in high school and even now in college football, we would do certain things to get people to come out to the games. One thing we would do is to make sure everyone had a schedule, we would usually have a picture of the team and underneath we would have the schedule. We would sometimes sell them for a few bucks to earn some money for the program. Another thing is reading buddies, where we would read to students K-4th grade. The last one am going to mention is to have a kid’s camp before the season. This is a great way to raise money for your program and it is also a great way to get your program out into the community.

I like the ideas you present here, but I am a little confused. You had reading buddies to get people to come out to the games?
These are some great ideas. Also by having your reading buddies come you can be mentors to the kids. When I become a coach I will try some of these ideas.
