The Art of Tai Chi

 

Tai Chi is a sense of relaxation for people that are trying to connect within their inner self. This type of martial art is helpful for older people that are having difficulty to move their body and limbs. Tai chi has been a type of martial art after the time of Christ and it has been past down from generation. This type of art has been a part of the Chinese culture for many years and it is meant to help to get rid of sickness and painful movements that people can’t do. I for one have done Tai Chi and it helped me understand my breathing and to control my since of movement and balance.
