Sport Rubric for Netball
Proficiency Test
Unit : Netball
Exhibit a level of competency in the sport of Netball.
Setting
During game play, the students will demonstrate the following criteria
Criteria/ Rubric:
- Demonstrate knowledge of rule violations and special situations by self-officiating in a game situation. (15 pts)
- Exhibit appropriate skills to enhance and encourage team play with a partner/team. (15 pts)
- Demonstrate an understanding of offensive strategies and skills. (15 pts)
- Demonstrate an understanding of defensive strategies and skills. (15 pts)
- Demonstrate a variety of sport specific skills to maintain continuity of game play. (15 pts)
- Demonstrate effort through participation of selected activity. (25 pts)
The students must accumulate 70 points to be proficient in this unit.
