Purpose: Learning skills how do push- ups, crawling, military crawls, and a fireman’s carry, tug of war
Materials: use long rope
The students would learn how to do basic pushups and would learn how to crawl underneath the volleyball net. The students also used the crawling skills to do military crawls using the forearms and their legs. At the end of the activity they would use team work skills by dividing the class in to two even half’s and put one end of them on both sides of the rope and they would tug on the rope to determine who would win.
