Here are a few things that I have found over the years.
CardioTrainer App for the Android--> It's an app I got for my phone that is a good motivator when I run. I don't really enjoy running, unless it's on trails. So when I train at the track or run around the neighborhood I turn this bad boy on. It simulates a race, and even has a voice that tells you how far ahead or behind I am. It also keeps track of my best times, and pushes me to go faster. It's a pretty neat application. I'm sure it's probably available on the iPhone as well.
But more to the point of your question...
If people you know are willing to spend some money, the body bug website is awesome.
OK.. onto the free sites...
MyFitnessPal.com is the best free site I know of. You have to register, but it's free. It starts you out by asking about your current stats, and how much you hope to lose. Then it asks you to say how much you want to work out per week and what your weekly goal is going to be. Next, based on what you typed in, it will give you a nutritional goal per day, and state how many grams of carbs, fats, and proteins you should include in your daily diet.
On the main page it gives you a daily summary, where you can log exercise and food intake. This will give you a net caloric intake for the day. It shows your goal caloric intake, so you can see how close you are at the end of the day.
The big thing I like is what happens when you add your exercise. You pick the exercise and intensity, and as soon as you plug in the duration it shows you how many calories you burned. Of course this is an estimation, but it's better than nothing! It doesn't figure out the calories burned for weight training (at least not to my knowledge) but it lets you type in the weight training and add exercise notes. Basically it's an exercise journal.
You can personalize this site any way you want. It's yours! You can include a picture of yourself too if you'd like. Check it out. I hope it is of benefit to someone at your work.
Good luck!
