I definitely agree with the research here. Although intrinsic motivation may take more time and work, its results will be stronger and more permanent. I think that incorporating in some extrinsic motivation while keeping intrinsic motivation as the primary, will give the best results. Great job on your review, very organized and easy to read and understand.
