Eric, I don't know much about basketball, but this looks like a nice practice. It looks both rigorous and fun. You have a variety of drills which would keep everybody moving and interacting.
One thing I noticed from the High School practice I observed is that the coach went right back to step one to teach very basic skills and techniques, and then built on them with the drills. It also seems that 20 minutes for the stretches listed might be a lot of time, and you might find yourself ahead of schedule early on.
Picks, screens, and other techniques will be incorporated when? You did mention box out drills. Basketball has so many plays; offense and defense, full and half court plays, that I believe that I will pass on that sport to coach. I did play when I was in High School; we had only 9 plays that we ran. We never ranked lower than 3 in our division. WOW! How times have changed. Great post. Keep up the great work.
Very well planned out. I like the format as it very easy to follow. also you have a good amount of details. You could use a little more details or add a few more drills teaching the specifics acts in basketball or offenses and defenses. however it is still a great post.
