Risk vs Benefit. Sometimes the benefit of the estrogen may be worth the risk of developing some of the undesireable side effects. I suppose if the need to take the estrogen is greater, than it is worth the risk.
Are there any side effects associated with an increased estrogen concentration in male bodies?
this article kind of reminds me of the sayin that no good deed goes unpunished. the benifits are wonderful while the side effects may be fatal...
