It sounds like you put a lot of thought into this. Sometimes overwhelming people about the positive and negative effects of exercise scares them away. We here everyday new studies about how exercise helps, so make sure you don't give to many facts to someone looking to just get started in an exercise routine.
You make some good points in your statement. It is totally true that people need to understand that they need to exercise to prebent the detiriation of their health. I like how you also stat that the experience must be enjoyable in order for the participant to have fun and keep participating.
