I think what you have here is very good. However, I think you should cinsider including in the communication section: Communication with other teams players and parents and communication with the game officials. While some coaches my never have trouble with this, I have personally witnessed many coaches verbally abuse or attack the players on opposing teams, their parents, and what is most common is the game officials.
That is my only suggestion, the rest looks very professional and thorough.
