Performance Testing

Report on each performance test. Include details on the protocol and data from each performance test. Reports should come shortly after the test takes place.

Goal Monitoring & Reassessment

Record progress toward and attainment of goals. Re-evaluate goals periodically and change goals if warranted.

Evaluate personal progress

Provide self-evaluation, introspection, or dialog on one of more of the following:

  • Performance changes and learning.
  • Training progress.
  • Race or event performance.
