Goals
- Participate in strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness activities.
- Plan and document a personal scientifically-based program for improving cardiovascular, flexibility, and muscular fitness.
- Analyze regular diet for strengths and deficiencies.
- Periodically evaluate changes in fitness levels.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of and engagement in the content.
- Show behavior adaptation techniques including effective time management and proficiency working within a scholarly community networking platform.

Timeline
- Every Week: Demonstrate engagement in content by presenting good quality scholarly work and feedback to others.
- Weeks 1-2: Perform fitness testing for cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, body composition, and flexibility.
- Weeks 1-4: Focus on exercise topics: Cardiovascular, Muscular Strength, Flexibility
- Weeks 3-10: Log all aerobic exercises.
- Weeks 3-4: Exam 1
- Weeks 4-10: Log all muscular and flexibility exercises.
- Week 6-7: Exam 2
- Weeks 8-9: Complete a nutrition analysis.
- Week 10: Retest fitness using the exact same fitness test you did at the beginning of the term and compare changes.
- End of Week 10: Exam 3 (The exam closing date is the final day work may be presented for evaluation)
