- 7 players per team.
- Goal counts as 1 point and is scored from a pass caught in the endzone. Games are to 21.
- A player must come to a stop and establish a pivot foot as soon as possible.
- The first foot to come down establishes if a person is inbounds of out of bounds. If a player continues out of bounds, he must establish position where the first foot came down.
- A turnover occurs if the disc touches the ground or is caught by a defensive player.
- Illegal: screens, physical contact, shoving, tripping, blocking.
- Possesion is reversed whenever a throw lands out of bounds or a member of the offensive team fouls.
- Players call their own fouls. Etiquette, sportsmanship, and camaraderie are very important.
- Play is started with throw-off where each team stands on their own goal line and one team throws to the other.
- Defender must allow thrower to pivot and must remain at a distance that is at least the diameter of the disc. Double teaming is not permitted on a thrower.
- A defender can initiate a 10 second stall count.
