Goals
- Understand the science of both theoretical and applied sport psychology.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of and engagement in the content such as principles of modeling, goal setting, motivation, arousal, group dynamics, and techniques for improving these.
- Improve competency in academic writing and complete a comprehensive review of literature paper on the relevant primary research for a specific sport psychology topic.
- Understand the psychological factors affecting sport performance with particular emphasis on coaching.
- Manage time effectively and show proficiency working within a scholarly community networking platform.

Timeline
- Weeks 1-9: Demonstrate engagement in content by presenting good quality scholarly work and feedback to others.
- Weeks 1-4: Content topics for first exam.
- Weeks 2-3: Draft 1 of Review of Research Literature Paper
- Week 4: Exam 1
- Weeks 4-6: Draft 2 of Review of Research Literature Paper.
- Weeks 5-7: Content topics for second exam.
- Week 7: Exam 2
- Weeks 7-8: Final Draft of Review of Research Literature Paper.
- Weeks 7-9: Content topics for third exam.
- Week 10: Exam 3 (The exam closing date is the final day work may be presented for evaluation)
