Test Name: 1.5 Mile Run
Result:

I ran 1.5 miles on a pre-measured course in 12:35:42. My VO2max according to Table 6.2 in Lifetime Physical Fitness and Wellness is 40.4mL/kg/min, which puts me in the range of "good cardiorespiratory fitness" (39-48.9mL/kg/min) for my age group (<29) in Table 6.8.

Location: 4th Street, La Grande
Note: The track I used at the beginning of the term is under a couple feet of snow, so I had to run a pre-measured course instead. I wish I could have duplicated this test in conditions more similar to my original run to really see if I improved. Even though the numbers don't show it, I do feel as if I have at least maintained if not improved my cardiorespiratory fitness throughout this term.

I did the method of the US navy for women, and my results were as follows:

Height: cm inchNeck: cm inchAbdomen: cm inchHip (women only): cm inchGender: malefemale

My body fat is 13.8%... So I lost a little around my midsection.

I'm happy with these results!  I lost mostly in my abdomen area, wich is probably the area, like most women, that contains the highest fat percentage!  I didn't lost a whole lot around my hips, although, I don't really have a lot of fat around my hips as it is.  However, I wonder how accurate these results could be; at the beginning of the term, I was really stressed and had lost a lot of weight because of it.  I am at a healthy weight now.  Had I not started the term stressed, I wonder how my weight loss would have varied.
